These terms govern your use of the UP-ON website, Discovery Genius and related online services.

Using the service
You may use UP-ON and Discovery Genius for lawful business and personal purposes. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or submit material that infringes another person’s rights.
AI-assisted outputs
Discovery Genius uses AI to help organize information and suggest possible directions. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on them. They do not replace professional legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated advice.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant UP-ON permission to host and process that content only as needed to operate the service, create requested outputs, provide support and improve reliability. You must have the right to submit the content you provide.
Our materials
The UP-ON name, site design, software and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or change features to maintain security, improve the service or meet legal requirements. We may restrict access when an account is used unlawfully or creates risk for users or the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. UP-ON is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
